Our Leadership Team

The Focus On The Field team is comprised of youth sports parents, coaches and directors. All have extensive experience in youth services and parent engagement, with a deep understanding of the nuance involved in driving a positive experience for coaches, families and players.

FOTF was founded by professionals with expertise operating youth sports organizations who understand first-hand the problems your organization faces today.

  • Tyler Kreitz

    Tyler is the Founder and CEO of Focus On The Field, driving the strategic vision of the organization. As the Chief Operating Officer of ADVNC Lacrosse, he played an integral part in transforming the club into one of the West Coast’s most prominent lacrosse organizations. Prior to joining ADVNC, he was the Director of Enrollment at Bishop O’Dowd High School in Oakland, CA before transitioning to the ed-tech industry with sales and operations roles at Uversity / TargetX and AppZocial. Tyler graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Integrative Biology. Tyler founded FOTF with a deep understanding of what coaches and parents need to provide a meaningful youth sports experience for their kids.

  • Drew Sanders

    Drew serves as President and Head of Channel Partnerships for Focus on the Field. Sanders has a 20 year history as an Executive in Professional Services, and combines this with a long background in youth sports leadership. Drew is the Founder of the California Season of Life Foundation, which has supported the works of Joe Ehrmann for over 15 years. He graduated from UC Berkeley and was an All-Pac-10 Selection and captain of the Men’s Golf Team. A frequent public speaker, Drew is finishing a new book on the Nine Essential Elements of Close-Knit Teams.

  • Annie Gavett

    Annie Gavett

    Annie is FOTF's Sr Mgr of Partnerships and Business Operations, charged with bringing operational efficiencies to the FOTF internal team and clients as a whole. Annie has a BBA from Saint Mary's College and a M.A. in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. During her time at USF she worked in the Athletic Department of the Bay School of San Francisco before heading back home to the East Coast to where she worked first for the Maryland SoccerPlex, the Player Progression Academy and McLean Youth Soccer. After 10 years on the organizer side, Annie joined LeagueApps where she worked across the entire GTM function until joining FOTF. Annie resides in Frederick, MD with her wife Katelyn.

  • Erin Kreitz

    Erin is the Sales & Marketing Manager of Focus on the Field. With an energetic personality and background in fitness, corporate wellness and coaching, Erin has a dynamic ability to see where clients feel stuck and bridge a connection to the solution. She owns the award winning business, Inspirator Coaching & Fitness, and Inspirator Retreats. With her business Erin has honed in and developed strong Sales and Marketing, creating partnerships with brands such as Nike, Athleta, and Clif Bar. Erin graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Kinesiology. She was on the Triathlon Team and continues to race, now training (and ski) on the trails of Boise, Idaho, where she is also a soccer mom to her 3 daughters when not traveling to surf the warm waters of Hawaii.

  • Erin Kramer

    Erin is an Account Manager and League Director for Focus On The field. Prior to joining FOTF, Erin served as the Northern California Junior Lacrosse Association Girls’ Director, responsible for all aspects of administration related to girls’ game play for NCJLA members and clubs. She has an extensive administrative and youth sports background having served as Coach, Teacher and Director for such organizations as Friends, RPCS, Viewpoint, Pomona-Pitzer, Pepperdine, Loyola Marymount, PKLR, 4Core, Texas Outlaws, Cedar Park Lacrosse and T&C Sports. Erin has a BS in Physical Education from Towson University, MD where she played on the lacrosse team.

  • Dan Rotatori

    Dan serves as an Account Manager on the Operations team for Focus On The Field. Graduating from Springfield College with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Dan has experiences working in education, athletics, and coaching. Growing up with a passion for lacrosse, Dan is excited to combine his love for the game with his expertise in athletic administration and operations.

  • Jason Nocon

    Jason is an Operations Specialist at Focus On The Field and works to optimize processes and ensure all operations run smoothly. He has an IT background and is an expert in many League Management software systems; SportsEngine, TeamSnap, LeagueApps, and more. As an avid tennis player and an ex-coach, he understands the hard work that goes into running a successful sports club, and is able to help with all administrative needs.
