Tyler Kreitz
Founder and CEO
Tyler is the Founder and CEO of Focus On The Field, driving the strategic vision of the organization. Prior to Focus on the Field, he was the the Chief Operating Officer of ADVNC Lacrosse, where he played an integral part in transforming the club into one of the West Coast’s most prominent lacrosse organizations.
Prior to joining ADVNC, he was the Director of Enrollment at Bishop O’Dowd High School in Oakland, CA before transitioning to the ed-tech industry with sales and operations roles at University / TargetX and AppZocial.
Tyler graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Integrative Biology. Tyler founded FOTF with a deep understanding of what coaches and parents need to provide a meaningful youth sports experience for their kids.
Annie Gavett
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Annie is FOTF's COO - responsible for making sure client needs are met and internal operations are a humming. Annie has a BBA from Saint Mary's College and a M.A. in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.
During her time at USF she worked in the Athletic Department of the Bay School of San Francisco before heading back home to the East Coast to where she worked first for the Maryland SoccerPlex, the Player Progression Academy and McLean Youth Soccer. After 10 years on the organizer side, Annie joined LeagueApps where she worked across the entire GTM function until joining FOTF.
Annie resides in Frederick, MD with her wife Katelyn.
Justin Marriott
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Marriott leads FOTF’s revenue strategy and partnership ecosystem, driving sustainable growth, expanding brand authority, and developing new business verticals through long-term, institutional partnerships. He oversees the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships—from prospecting and alignment through activation, performance management, and expansion—while working cross-functionally with leadership and key teams to ensure growth is scalable and measurable.
Marriott brings extensive experience across sports, youth development, consulting, and organizational strategy, with a track record of building sustainable revenue models and high-trust partnerships that create lasting value for organizations and the communities they serve.
Dan Rotatori
Director of Accounts
Dan serves as an FOTF's Director of Accounts - overseeing the entire Account Manager team, responsible for onboarding of accounts and staff and working directly with some of our largest clients.
Graduating from Springfield College with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Dan has experience working in education, athletics, and coaching.
Growing up with a passion for lacrosse, Dan combines his love for the game with his expertise in athletic administration and operations.
Erin Lhomi
Account Manager
Erin is an Account Manager on the Operations team for Focus On The Field and has a Master's degree in Exercise Science from Auburn University. With a deep-rooted passion for sports, Erin’s professional journey spans all levels—from collegiate and professional athletics to youth sports programming.
When it comes to the youth side there isn't a role she hasn't done - coach, schedule, run leagues, manage camps, oversee tournaments, set up registration; you name it she's likely done it. She's seen what it takes to get players on the field and is fueled by alleviating the logistical and administrative burdens that fall on club staff.
Erin is based out of Texas, with her husband and son.
Chris Windham
Account Manager
Chris has a degree in Sports & Recreation Management and a lifelong passion for youth sports. Over the years, he’s taken on roles as a Director of Coaching, Tournament Director, Club registrar/scheduler, and Coach—giving him a well-rounded view of what it takes to run successful programs.
Growing up, Chris played soccer, baseball, and ran track, until focusing solely on soccer. Chris resides in Spokane, WA with his wife and 3 kids.
Nate Baldwin
Account Manager
Nate Baldwin is a Client Success Manager for FOTF, and has over 20 years of recreational sports industry experience as an entrepreneur, program administrator, advocate and volunteer coach. Nate recently served as the Associate Executive Director for the non-profit Emerald Kidsports in Eugene, OR. Previously, he led the revitalization of the Appleton (WI) Parks & Recreation youth sports program, culminating in their recognition as a 2018 Project Play Champion, and also served as a Customer Success manager for the league management platform LeagueApps.
Nate is a Wisconsin native (Go Bucks!), and currently lives in Eugene, OR (Go Ducks!) with his wife and 3 sons. While his competitive milestones are, ahem… “limited”, Nate’s best memories have been forged by playing many different sports with friends through the years, into adulthood. Jeff Kahsen
Account Manager
Jeff is an Account Manager at Focus on the Field, bringing technology expertise, customer success experience, and youth sports leadership to every client relationship.
With over 15 years leading partnerships and client services for software companies, Jeff has built his career on scalable process development, clear communication, and lasting client relationships.
He’s held leadership roles in his local lacrosse club for over 20 years and served on its regional board, where he focused on streamlining operations through technology. As an active high school lacrosse coach, he understands the operational realities facing club directors, coaches, and volunteers.
Jeff is passionate about helping youth sports organizations spend less time on logistics and more time on player development, community, and the game itself.
Kelly Loch
Account Manager
Kelly is an Account Manager for Focus on the Field, with over a decade of experience in sports, nonprofit, and community-centric leadership. Her background as a competitive athlete shaped her team-first mindset and drives her passion to support organizations to succeed and thrive at their highest potential.
Kelly graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Biology & Environmental Studies and most recently served as the Director of Operations at her local youth soccer association. She resides in Minnesota with her husband and two rescue pups, and has three adult sons - all living their best lives.
Erin Kreitz
Sales and Marketing Manager
Erin is the Sales & Marketing Manager at Focus on the Field, where she works with our partners to help grow their clubs through smart strategy and streamlined systems. With a background in fitness, coaching and corporate wellness, she brings energy and insight to every club she supports.
With an entrepreneurial background, Erin founded Inspirator Coaching & Fitness and Inspirator Retreats, which led to brand partnerships with Nike, Athleta and Clif Bar. A proud Cal Poly SLO alumni and former triathlete, she now trains (and skis) in Boise, Idaho. When not being a full-time soccer and gymnastics Mom to her three daughters, Erin sneaks off to swim in the warm waters of Hawaii as much as she can.
