Focus on the Field is proud to partner with Rodrigo Gomes at Bossa Sports Group (the Volleyball Academy) to provide the STRIDE program. This offering provides organizations with a consultative service that can be plugged into our existing operational offerings.
STRIDE offers strategic consulting for organizations ready to scale, while Focus on the Field specializes in operational execution. Together, we provide a complete ecosystem from audit to action.
PHASES of the STRIDE Program:
PHASE 1 - ASSESS & STRATEGIZE
Led by Rodrigo Gomes, in this phase your organization will take an in-depth look into:
- Finances + Productivity
- Marketing + Customer Experience
- HR + Operations/Compliance

PHASE 2 - IMPLEMENTATION
Based on the learnings from Phase 1, Rodrigo and FOTF will come together to create an implementation plan, focusing on the highest priority items.
The goal in this stage is to link the consultative advice with the practical operational execution that'll be needed to achieve your organization's goals.

PHASE 3 - MAINTENANCE
In this stage the organization has been onboarded to Focus on the Field as a client. We will continue to work with each organization based on the needs from the findings from Phase 1 and implementation work in Phase 2.
