History of FOTF

Focus on the Field was founded by Tyler Kreitz in 2019. After working as COO of ADVNC Lacrosse, Kreitz noticed a huge gap in administrative services and a lack of institutional knowledge across youth and amateur sports organizations. Often filled by inexperienced volunteers, organizations were often struggling to get by, and were burnt out.

Kreitz decided to build a company with the explicit goal of getting coaches out of the office and back onto the field, going full time in 2020 with our first client, Alameda Lacrosse Club.
