We coordinate events of all shapes and sizes, and can act as the de-factor Tournament Director, or just be an extra pair of hands. We offer packages that include back-office support all the way through on-field setup.

MARKETING

  • Broad-based marketing
  • Brainstorm with client
  • Facilitate the creation of an omni-channel marketing plan (to be executed by client unless otherwise stated)

ADMINISTRATION

  • Working with Client Staff, we will implement and monitor team and player Registration
  • Secure and schedule referees

Communications

  • Communicate to families, coaches and referees regarding day of logistics 
  • Operate event day of “Command Centers” and Information Booths

OPERATIONS*

  • Act as the de-facto Tournament Director
  • Set up and maintain the Coaches and Refs hospitality tent
  • Lead and implement a scorekeeping system
  • Direct event day setup and takedown
  • Manage event day Staff
